Juneteenth Festival, June 15th, 2024
“Celebrating Freedom”
Thank you for participating in our 2024 Juneteenth Festival. It will be held at Washington Park, Quincy, Illinois. Your participation is vital in our efforts to increase awareness in our community.
- Setup time is 11 a.m.
- Power will be provided
- You need to provide your own water, paper towels and sanitizer at your booth
- Informational booths: provide your own tables, chairs and tents. Make sure your “brandage” (business name) can be seen. Table dressings must be appropriate and long enough to cover what is under the table.
- Information booths are no charge, but donations are welcomed and expected
- Vendors selling items: Fee of $100.00 due 10 days prior to the June 15th date.
- Make sure your business name and cost of the items you’re selling are visible to the public.
- Please make sure all cords (electrical, etc.) are in the back of the table or booth to prevent accidents.
After submitting the form above, please pay your $100 vendor fee. You can PAY THE VENDOR FEE ONLINE or you can make your check payable to:
